The 3D Difference begins with our commitment to satisfaction whether it is the consumer satisfaction, the Direct Repair Partner program satisfaction, or the community satisfaction. Our use of technology allow us to be transparent. For example we are working on the following initiatives:
- You, the customer, have the ability to log in and schedule your own drop off times.
- You will have the ability to log into your car's folder in our system and retrieve every single photo, note and receipt dealing with the repair of your vehicle.
- We have the ability to track and estimate when your car will complete each of the stages of repair (estimating, disassembly bodywork, paint reassemble). No more guessing.
- We will have the ability to communicate with all parties involved via text messages, e-mails, or even a simple phone call, based on your preferences, as the vehicle completes each repair stage.
- We carry over our forward-thinking approach in the development of our staff through leadership training and continuing education.
